This is my 1st Living Arrows Blog but the project has been run for a couple of years by Donna Wishart of What The Redhead Said. Originally taken from the poem by Kahlil Gibran, “You are the bows from which your children as living arrows are sent forth” the project is a celebration of childhood. If you want to join in but don’t have a blog then simply post a picture of your child/children on Instagram,Facebook or Twitter using the hashtag #livingarrows
This weeks pictures –
My baby is growing up fast and turns 1 next month. She is such a happy little thing and loves everything & everyone. This was a special moment as it was our 1st bike ride together and I wasn’t sure if she would like it or not but luckily it was a great success so lots more bikes rides are being scheduled.
I love that Harry loves an adventure and the great outdoors. He’s the type of boy who can entertain you for hours with stories of dragons & elf’s .The woods near where we live have pre-cut branches ready for the kids to build dens with. So we spend hours there each week building dens and looking for creepy crawlies.
Just a short picture blog today but feel free to join in and celebrate with any of your photos from the previous week .
I love it when people make tree trunk houses, so adorable! #livingarrows
Thanks, we are very lucky to live near a big country park & woods.
Loving the smiles on these photos! #livingarrows
I have very smiley kids 😊
Charley looks so cute all ready for a cycling adventure! Thanks so much for linking up x
