hehe I love this – aaaah my time is yet to come before my littlies are at school. Your list made me quite envious. What is silence? I don’t think it has been a part of my life for the last 2 years, neither has having a wee in peace for that matter. Enjoy your you time!! Thanks for linking up at #familyfun hope to see you again next week xx

  3. It all sounds sooooooo nice! I’m jealous (in a nice way of course 🙂 ) and wish I could be alone just for 1 day! My 4 year old started pre school but my 2 year old is still at home with me and she is needs all the attention x #familyfun

  4. Ah the list of dreams!Love that..
I think I have managed to do all 20 of those things so far this week – well, apart from No.13 – but its only Friday, there’s still time, haha.

  6. The last one is my favourite! What I wouldn’t give to just do nothing at all!! I still have two at home and although I dread my babies joining the other two at school, part of me cant wait for some peace and quiet! #justanotherlinky

  10. I love this… I just wish I can do the same, because as soon as kids are off school, I’m also off work. I’m so looking forward to do all these self pampering at some point. #KCACOLS.

  11. Fantastic list! My husband and I have just had two weeks off and for both of them our daughter was at nursery Tuesday – Thursday. We had lunch out, we did lots of things in the garden, we lounged on the sofa watching TV and I faffed on my blog. It was AWESOME! I hope you get to enjoy all of the things on your list and more xx

Such a great list. I actually enjoyed doing the cleaning without getting interrupted – that was after 12 years of having pre-schoolers in the house! It was such a novelty to start anything and actually get it finished. #KCACOLS

  18. In my case, it’s me who goes off to school everyday and my little one stays home still… Next year she’ll be starting kindergarten, so we’ll both be out at the same time, so don’t think I’ll ever be able to make a list like this! #TheList

  19. I want to do all of these. Hope you had a fab day and hubby got to join in 😉 Thanks for linking to #KCACOLS Hope you come back next Sunday.

A cracking list but way too much for one day 😉. I haven’t had a day on my own in my own house for months…can’t flipping wait to put Gilmore Girls boxset on, do my ironing in the lounge without fear of burning a miniature human and actually drink a coffee while it’s still hot! #KCACOLS

When the kids get older (20 & 16 in my case) you still long for days or time on your own, they are still always under my feet! #TheList xx

  26. Whenever I get child free time (basically never) I always think “Oh I’ll have a nice cup of tea (because apparently I’m 90) and watch something on catch up that I’ve missed out on. The reality is I wonder round picking up everyone else’s crap and working on my blog/vlog/emails. Ah well. Thanks for sharing on #fortheloveofBLOG

Can’t remember the last time I was alone without very specific plans. I don’t think I’ve had a day like that in over a year. I’m not sure I’d know what to do with myself #postsfromtheheart

  30. Sadie says:

Haha, I’m sitting here with my four week old trying to work out just how long it will be before I get to do these again!!

  31. As an expat SAHM who has no childcare or family around, I NEVER get to be alone in the house. Like never. We’re visiting the Uk next month and I already have all my family lined up for babysitting duties. I haven’t been out with the kids in 5.5 years! The thing I’m most excited about is a day of shopping and sitting in a coffee shop all by myself with a magazine. Heaven! And ‘m sure I can pick a few more thing off your list haha #PostFromTheHeart

  32. Love this list . I had a whole day and night child free in the week and just wandering about Manchester, going in and out of shops as much as I liked without anyone whining and insisting on going in the Lego shop was just glorious!!! #postsfromtheheart

  33. Mummy Times Two says:

What a lovely list! I hope you make time to work through all of them. You deserve it x

  34. Crummy Mummy says:

I don’t know what this is – I am never ever at home alone! I’m so jealous!! #postsfromtheheart
