Welcome back to another week of Posts From The Heart. I hope you are all well and have enjoyed the Summer weather. I am back home after an amazing weekend in London celebrating our 10th Wedding Anniversary. It’s so great to get away ( from the kids ) and spend some 1-1 time with your partner. Life is very busy at the moment with lots of changes so I am looking forward to August when I am taking a well-earned holiday and having a short digital detox.
Onto this week’s favourites –
Why I’ll Never Have A Family Portrait – A very powerful piece from Laura. It took my breath away just reading it. So much pain but so much hope that raising awareness of SANDS and all the amazing work they do with families of stillborn babies will help others. Laura you are amazing.
Download Festival: A Weekend Of Rock & Metal – Great to see such a beaming smile on Laura’s face and that she overcame her anxiety to go to Download. Sometimes things that look so easy to others are in fact mountains to others. Such a lovely, refreshing post. Cool Dad too 🙂
To The Little Girl At The Playground – I am a huge fan of Little Miss Tink ( and mum ) and i enjoy following their journey. I can see why this is huge for Kel and as i commented on the post. I feel like I am next to her crying tears of joy too. Such a happy positive post.
Same rules are always. Choose one of the above and make an extra special comment on their blog. This week’s favourites have really struck a chord with me so why not leave all 3 a uber nice comment ? 🙂
